How long does the shipping take?

- It usually takes 2-5 days by DHL except weekends. Example for Hong Kong is 2days. US and UK are around 3-5 days except weekends.

Can I order customization?

- Sorry, I can't customise. Because the production needs a lot of processes. Design, making some copper models per each design, sample and finally move to production. It takes 1-2 month. 

It's available without frames?

- Sorry, I can sell only with frames. 

Can I purchase only frames? Because the current one was damaged. I would like to replace it.

- Yes, if you need it, please contact me. I'll offer the cost.

How weight is the picture? 

- Small pictures are 0.8kg. Large pictures (From The Peak and Shibuya Crossing) are 1kg. Please use the appropriate hanging parts for the weight when you hang it on the wall.
